It has been a busy time here at the Wizards lair and with the forthcoming EP complete and Premier Pli unleashed on the world we are going to lay low for a short while to go into the ‘real’ world and earn some money and create visual ephemera for the EP.
Thank you to all who attended the Birmingham Zine Festival yesterday and put your orders in for Premier Pli. Wonderful to see the stalls showing the virtually unending creativity of the individual who just wanted to say something and draw, make or write and put it in a little zine. And all against the backdrop of Gareth Courage‘s incredible artwork for First Fold Records adorning the walls.
It was also jolly good to meet the rest of The Fold at the festival – what a truly delightful bunch of people.
So for now we depart and we will return in a month, or maybe two, after ‘working’, listening to music, looking at pictures to tell you more stuff and nonsense regarding our (often) questionable activities.
